We understand that sometimes, for various reasons, you may need to return a product. To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must have been purchased directly from Pickleball Poker.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The product must be in its original condition, unaltered, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
The product must not fall under any non-returnable or non-refundable category (see Section 3).
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
Perishable goods, such as food items.
Personalized or customized products.
Gift cards and digital products.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at returns@pickleballpoker.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
A shipping address will be provided to you upon acceptance of your return.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Buy with Prime Returns
Purchases made through Buy with Prime should be returned from their Buy with Prime confirmation email.

We understand that choosing the right paddle is essential, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for U.S. customers.
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
This guarantee applies to all pickleball paddles purchased directly from pickleballpoker.com.
Time Frame:
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts from the date of delivery.
Return Process:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your pickleball paddle within the first 30 days, please contact our customer service team on our website chat or contact page.
A customer service representative will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
Condition of the Paddle:
We only accept returns of paddles that show only slight signs of use. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of abuse, heavy usage, or have been modified with additional lead tape or over grips. Please note, this program is exclusively for our U.S. customers. All paddles will be assessed by an advanced level player or someone on our team.
Returns must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving the returned paddle and verifying its condition, we will process a refund or exchange, based on your preference.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
If a paddle is deemed unreturnable as part of this program, e.g. it has significant wear, we will ship it back to you at no cost.
Exceptions:
-Customized or personalized paddles are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
-Trade in paddles are not eligible for return.
Warranty:
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from our warranty policy. If your paddle has a manufacturing defect beyond the 30-day period, it may be covered under our standard 1 year warranty. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection. We will notify you via email or phone about the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
